 About Us  Consortium Events is headquartered in the ArtsDistrict of historic Oak Park, IL and serves the Chicago and Boston areas. Our clients range from non-profit organizations furthering their mission, to individuals celebrating life milestones and companies launching their latest product.  Owner Rhonda Harrison created Consortium Events as a means of integrating her passions for the visual arts, festive events and philanthropy. She studied Fine Arts at Escuela de Belles Artes in Zaragoza, Spain and Computer Graphics in the Fine Arts Department at the University of Massachusetts. Her graphics work spans photography, videography as well as award-winning drawings and intaglio prints. She earned a M.S. and a PhD. from Boston University where she learned the skills she uses to manage projects, produce budgets and timelines, analyze donation patterns and make fundraising recommendations. As a Baha’i, she has an appreciation for many cultures and a motivation to assist organizations that seek to make the world a better place. A world-traveller, she has learned the customs, traditions and cuisines of many cultures and speaks three languages: English, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
